The schedule would be :
isnin - 6.00 to 7.00 pm
selasa - 9.00-10.00 pm
rabu - 6.00-7.00 pm
jumaat - 6.00-7.00 pm
ahad - pagi ( tak sure pkul bpe, hehe )
So, pd yg berminat sila la dtg ye. Kompleks Sukan Paroi, Seremban, N9. Mcm-mcm jenis aerobik ade. ;)
Ok, enough thn about aerobic. Hmm, ptg td aku bwt cheesy wedges. Ala-ala kfc gtu. Waah, kelass kau jah! haha. Meh nk tunjuk hasilny dlu.
Mcm buruk ek, tp rasa bleh tahan tau. hehe. Cheesynye mls nk bwt. tak ckup bahan. Pki mayonis sudahh. Ye dak? hiks! So, sket hari lg i'll make oreo cheesecake home made by ainku. Nk kasi fam mentua nih. Tak dpt ikut, dpt kasi kek pn ok jgk kn. Hmm, kne bwt sedap2 nih. Tak jadi, malu aku! Doakn aku ye.haha.
p/s: So, i need to rest. Penat jgk td, dgn tak bwk air mineralnya. Nk tercabut nyawa aku. Tp seriously respect towards aunt and uncle kt bawah tu coz they didn't stop moving. Dh biasa ikut clz tu, bdn pn jd ringan je even though dh berumur. Tabik springgg! Btw kne standby warming up or cooling down. Wish me luck then. :) Hmm, lg stu kne tgu abg syg dlu ni. Die pn g gym jgk. Jgn la jeles klu badannya jd HRITHIK ROSHAN (katanya la) hiks!
